Block Paving Driveway, Orpington

Block Paving Driveway, Orpington

Trevor and Mandy were looking to replace their tired concrete drive for a fresh block paved driveway that would stand up to daily use and complement their semi-detached home in Orpington.

After deciding to expand the project by renewing their boundary wall and fence along with the driveway they were delighted to find driveway and landscape specialists they could trust when our team visited them to give a free estimate.

Our team began by removing the old concrete driveway, worn boundary wall and fence. Once they had a clean slate to work with the foundations were re-levelled and coarse sand was packed down to serve as a weed-resistant and permeable base for the block paving to be applied onto.

Simultaneously the boundary wall was constructed, with bricks purposefully selected to match the home and the new block paving on the driveway. A raised planting bed was incorporated between the wall and driveway using block edging adding a stylish flair to the project.

The fencing on the opposite boundary was made using concrete fence posts to provide a sturdier structure than the previous fencing.

Trevor and Mandy’s new driveway is much sturdier, built for long lasting performance and complemented by simple but stylish patterning and landscaping features. Most importantly the couple are overjoyed at the work done and thankful to our team for transforming their home.
