Block Paving Driveway and Fencing, Sevenoaks
Nick wanted to make better use of the space at the front of his property in Sevenoaks, Kent, and also expand his driveway to comfortably accommodate his vehicles. Our team carried out a complete transformation, replacing the existing concrete and lawn with a large new block paved driveway with new fencing.
The project began with the removal of the old concrete surface, lawn and existing fencing. Once the area had been cleared, the ground was carefully prepared and the foundations for the new driveway were installed. Proper preparation of the driveway base was an important part of the project, helping to provide a strong and stable foundation for the new block paving.
The combination of contrasting coloured blocks adds definition to the driveway while also providing a hard-wearing surface suitable for regular vehicle use with minimal maintenance
As part of the transformation, we also created a new front door step using matching block paving. This helps tie the entrance into the overall driveway design and gives the front of the property a cohesive, finished appearance.
The existing fence was also replaced with a brand-new fence supported by sturdy concrete fence posts. This provides a strong and durable boundary as well as privacy.
The finished project has significantly increased the available driveway space, giving Nick plenty of room to accommodate his vehicles.
