Amir wanted to replace the tired and uneven frontage of his property in Dartford with a cleaner, more contemporary driveway and pathway. The existing block paved driveway had become warped over time, while the adjoining path and lawn were also in need of attention.

After first visiting to provide a free estimate our team returned to complete a full transformation, installing a new resin bound gravel driveway and matching side path.

The work began with the removal of the existing warped block paving and old turf. Once the area had been cleared, the ground was carefully prepared ready for the new resin bound gravel driveway. Solid foundations were installed for both the driveway and side path, providing a stable base for the finished resin bound surface.

Block edging was then installed around the perimeter, creating a clearly defined border between the new driveway, pathway and surrounding areas. The edging provides a neat finishing detail while helping to retain the resin bound gravel and maintain the shape of the installation.

The new resin bound gravel surface was subsequently laid across the driveway and side path, creating a continuous, joined design between the two areas. Resin bound surfacing provides a smooth and attractive finish that can complement a wide range of properties, while its low-maintenance nature makes it a practical option for homeowners looking to upgrade their driveway.

The completed project has given Amir’s property a completely refreshed entrance. The old, distorted block paving and worn lawn have been replaced with a modern resin bound driveway and matching side pathway, finished with contrasting block edging for additional definition.
