Block Paving Driveway and Path, Elmstead, Bromley

Gregory and Tracey were looking to replace their old concrete driveway and side path with a fresh, attractive and hard-wearing solution for their home in Elmstead, Bromley. Our team visited the property to transform the tired existing surfaces with new block paving.

The project began with the removal of the old concrete driveway and side path, creating a clean area ready for the new installation. Careful preparation of the foundations was then carried out to provide a solid and level base for the surface, helping to ensure a durable finish built to withstand everyday use.

Concrete border edging was installed to clearly define the new driveway and provide a neat, robust boundary. We also applied tarmac around the border to even out the surrounding area and create a smooth transition between the driveway and existing surfaces.

The final stage was the installation of the new block paving across both the driveway and side path. A traditional contrasting colour combination was chosen creating a classic block paving design, and care was taken to integrate the block paving flawlessly with the existing curved retaining wall.

The completed driveway has given the front of the property a complete transformation whilst also serving as a practical and attractive new entrance.
